At $750K, Reynoldstown’s latest townhouse hub called ‘a refreshing alternative’

Ever-changing Reynoldstown is dotted with new townhome product at the moment, ranging in price from the $480,000s along Moreland Avenue to well over $900,000 on Memorial Drive.

Falling somewhere in the middle is a project called Geometry, located in the neighborhood's northeastern corner, that debuted in listings this month.

The four-unit venture would claim an empty lot on dead-end Walthall Street, near Reynoldstown's entrance to the MARTA station it shares with Inman Park.

Initial listings with Harry Norman Realtors pertain to the street-facing "A" units, priced at $749,900 (plus $200 monthly HOA fees).

With a hair over 2,300 square feet each, that'd be $324 per square foot.

They're being marketed as "a refreshing alternative" to the myriad other townhome clusters rising around intown Atlanta, in that buyers could "avoid the four flights of steps."

The Geometry layouts are spread across two levels, with an emphasis on modern design, per listings.

Highlights include covered patios on the top levels, Bosch appliance packages, countertops of white Calico quartz, and little fenced green spaces that are private.

The address counts a high WalkScore of 80. The aforementioned MARTA station is a three-minute walk, while the Edgewood Retail District is 10 minutes by foot, per the listing's calculations.

Each unit does come with a two-car garage, however, "for the rare occasions you need to drive."
